Property Services

Airport Transfers

We can collect you and your luggage from the airport - you will be helped with your luggage and taken directly to your rental property. By using our service there will be no delays in your journey by picking up your hire car at the airport. You can rent a hire car locally though us prior to arrival or once you are settled. The cost of our airport pick up is £80.00 each way.

Hiring Child Equipment

We can hire equipment locally for you prior to your arrival. All equipment may differ from those you use at home. The following charges apply:
Travel cot: £15.00 per week (please note cot linen not included)
Wooden cot: £30.00 per week
High Chair: £6.00 per week
Pushchair: £10.00 per week

Pool/Beach Towels

To save on valuable suitcase space and to avoid extra washing when you return home we can provide the use of 2 large beach towels for a hire charge of £10.00 per week. All towels provided must not leave the premises, except hired beach towels. Please pre-book beach towels prior to arrival.

Welcome Packs

Order a welcome pack on booking and your pack will be waiting for you when you arrive. This is especially convenient when your arrival is late evening or during the night. The contents of the pack will normally be 1 large bottle of still water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter/margarine, jam, cheese, orange juice, bathroom tissue and rubbish bags at a cost of £20.00 for 4 people. If you are part of a larger group you may wish to order more than 1 pack depending on the size of your group.

Extra Mid-Stay Clean

Your linen will be changed each week. This includes replacing all linen, bathroom towels and tea towels and the collection of all the used linen. This service is included in the cost of your stay. Should you require a mid stay clean this can be arranged after your first week stay at a charge of £40.00 per clean. This service must be pre booked.

Celebrations

If you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay or you would like to treat yourself or your partner, then we can organize a nice bottle of champagne to be waiting for you on your arrival. This item is pre-bookable at a price of £20.00.
